How commonly can you donate blood?

How commonly can you donate blood?
"You must wait a minimum of 56 days between complete blood donations. You must wait at tiniest 72 hours after donating blood before you can donate platelets."

"How recurrently can I donate?
Donors are eligible to donate whole blood every 56 days."

"You must dawdle at least 8 weeks between Whole Blood donations. If you hold made apheresis donation, the interval will depend upon the type of procedure, for example, you must wait at smallest 16 weeks between Double Red Cell donations, but you may donate Apheresis Platelets up to twice a week."

As far as I know the rule of thumb is every 3 months. More often could be risky. Less often is probably better, to be on the not dangerous side.
Try a search for "donating (OR donate) blood" + commonly (OR frequency) and hopefully you will learn more.
I donate blood every 2 months ( don,t worry going on for giving too often... the blood wall won't let you ). By the process ,it's cool to give blood !!
