How long do you stipulation to rob probiotics in the past you spy results?

less bloating, more regular BM's- appreciation! would like to hear from inhabitants who are actually taking themHow long do you stipulation to rob probiotics in the past you spy results?
I tried that probiotic Dannon yogurt later year when I had symptoms that you described up above... i couldnt digit out what was going on next to my stomache/digestive system.
anyway, i never did see results.
I cut out diary out of my diet completely, and only later did my symptoms go away (although it still comes stern now and later when I have too much cheese).
so, I would suggest that if you see no results surrounded by a couple of weeks, then try adjectives out dairy completely, because you may be lactose intolerant now... it can come to pass anytime in your energy without any purpose..
Keep a food log to see what you eat and when, and compare it to when you own the bloating/irregular bms. you may find out its more than one kind of food.
you should know by your subsequent BM!

Actually I just started drinking yakult containing Lactobacillus microbes and amazingly my stomach ulcer did hurt and I conjecture it is healed. Also, my digestion get better, less nouns in my tummy and I really grain great!! I am really amazed because before, I really don't believe much on these things...
